Marka Fairs is renting the booth area only. Booth designs are not included in the rent prices.
Exhibitor company preferring to take part in the fair with a special decorated stand is supplied with an empty area. The financial expenses of the construction and designing of the stand belong to the exhibitor company. However, Marka Fairs can provide the exhibitor company a Classic Stand. Participation fee of the Classic Stand is determined by calculating the unit price per square meter. (EUR 15/sqm + VAT 18% )

Classic Stand includes;
- Wall to wall carpeting
- Perimeter partition walls to adjacent stands and/or hall walls
- The name of the exhibitor company written on the front panel (Max. 10 characters)
- A 3-gang socket with 1 KW power supply
- 1 spotlight per 3 sqm of the stand area

Please note that a Classic Stand does not include any tables or chairs. The exhibitor company is subject to EUR 100 + VAT 18% for standard booth furniture which includes one table and four chairs.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All payments must be sent by bank wire.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to make sure that the payment reaches the organizator on time and prior to the exhibition.
