PARTICIPATION FEE:

One side open booth rate EUR .............135/sqm
Two sides open booth rate EUR .........140/sqm
Three sides open booth rate EUR...... .145/sqm
Island booth rate EUR............................150/sqm

 

Marka Fairs is renting the booth area only. Booth designs are not included in the rent prices. Exhibitor company preferring to take part in the fair with a special decorated stand is supplied with an empty area. The financial expenses of the construction and designing of the stand belong to the exhibitor company. However, Marka Fairs can provide the exhibitor company a Classic Stand. Participation fee of the Classic Stand is determined by calculating the unit price per squaremeter. (EUR 15/sqm)

Classic Stand includes;
- Wall to wall carpeting, available in grey color
- Perimeter partition walls to adjacent stands and/or hall walls
- The name of the exhibitor company written on the front panel (Max. 10 characters)
- A 3-gang socket with 1 KW power supply
- 1 spotlight per 3 sqm of the stand area

Please note that a Classic Stand does not include any tables or chairs. The exhibitor company is subject to EUR 100 for standard booth furniture
which includes one table and four chairs.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

All payments must be paid before 01.08.2006 by bank wire or by post office check. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to make sure that the payment reaches the organizator on time and prior to the exhibition.
